MaryPat Norton is an experienced professional with a background in child welfare and youth support services. Currently serving as an Enrollment and Matching Specialist at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Tampa Bay since March 2020, MaryPat ensures that volunteers and families are effectively matched within the program while providing essential support for positive youth outcomes. Previous roles include a Child Welfare Case Manager trainee at Lutheran Services Florida, an Assistant Supervisor and Direct Care Counselor at North American Family Institute, Inc., where MaryPat managed safety and stability for at-risk youth, and a Supervisor at the University of Massachusetts Amherst overseeing staff operations. MaryPat began a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology at the University of Massachusetts Amherst and is pursuing a second degree in Sociology at Edinburgh Napier University.
