Charmaine Bell

Charmaine Bell has a diverse background in education and community outreach. Charmaine has held various roles such as Manager of Participant Resources at Big Brothers Big Sisters Twin Cities, Family Achievement Coach at Northside Achievement Zone, and Lead Preschool Teacher at Baby's Space/Tatanka Academy. Charmaine has also served in roles such as Interim Co-chair for (CoBADS) Caregivers of Black and African Diaspora Scholars Advisory Team and Representative at ICA. With a Bachelor's degree in Family Science from Concordia University-St. Paul and certificates in Early Childhood Education and Education, Charmaine brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to their work.
