Rachel Yamada

Rachel Yamada has extensive experience in the field of human resources, spanning over several companies. Rachel began their career in 2001 as a Specialist in Learning & Development at Phoenix Associates Co., Ltd. Rachel later joined ima consulting in 2005 as an Outsourcing Services Manager. In 2008, Rachel became a Senior Manager of Human Resources at Sumisho Computer Systems (USA), Inc. Rachel then joined UPMC in 2012 as a Sr. Human Resources Consultant. Rachel's most recent role is as the Director of Human Resources and Payroll at big Burrito Restaurant Group, where they have been working since November 2015.

Rachel Yamada has a Bachelor of Arts degree in East Asian Studies from Bryn Mawr College.
