Shahzeb Zakaria, CFA is an experienced financial professional with a background in venture capital, private equity, and real estate. Shahzeb began their career in 2008 as an intern at the Northwestern University Investment Office, where they developed a model for projecting cashflows for a portfolio of venture capital, private equity and real estate partnerships. Shahzeb then went on to intern at Patron Capital and The Riverside Company in 2009. That same year, they were hired as an Associate at CRT Capital Group. In 2010, they were hired as a Senior Research Associate at Macquarie Bank. In 2014, they became the VP - REITs Research at One William Street Capital. In 2016, they founded Big Byte Insights, and in 2021, they founded Big Data Analytics.

Shahzeb Zakaria, CFA completed their MBA at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management in 2009, with a focus in Finance & International Business. Shahzeb then completed an exchange MBA at London Business School in 2009. Shahzeb obtained their BA in Economics and Business Administration from Franklin & Marshall College in 2002. In 2015, they obtained their Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification from the CFA Institute.
