Kaitlyn Eaton has over five years of experience in implementation and human resources. Currently serving as a Senior Implementation Specialist at Big-D Construction since May 2018, Kaitlyn manages and oversees the discovery and implementation of new technology processes and tools, building on a foundational role as an Implementation Specialist focused on technical systems and software solutions. Previously, Kaitlyn held several positions at EnviroTech Custom Injection Molders from May 2016 to May 2018, including HR Assistant, Human Resources Coordinator, and Human Resources Administrator, demonstrating a solid background in human resources functions.
