Marty Averbuch

Marty co-founded the International Securities Exchange (ISE) – the first fully electronic options exchange in the United States. Prior to the ISE initiative, he spent over 25 years working with entrepreneurial ventures and served on the boards of several companies in the financial services industry. He has held various leadership roles with E*TRADE and was the founding President of E*TRADE Capital, a subsidiary. Marty was also a founder, President, and CEO of Adirondack Trading Partners. He was a professor at Hofstra University in the Department of Finance, and received a B.S. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania, and a dual J.D. and M.B.A. degree from the University of Chicago.
