Lisa Carlin (Roman)

Lisa (Roman) Carlin is a seasoned broadcast analyst and producer with extensive experience in sports media. Since February 2023, Carlin has served as a color analyst broadcaster for the Philadelphia Union, delivering in-depth analysis for radio audiences during the 2023 MLS Season. In addition, Carlin has held various roles at CBS Sports since August 2017, including host of "The USWNT Hour" and NWSL analyst, while also managing video production as a coordinator. Carlin provides commentary for NWSL games on CBS Sports, and has contributed as a color analyst and sideline reporter for the Ivy League Network and BIG EAST Conference. With a strong foundation in journalism from Marquette University, Carlin has built a diverse portfolio that includes producing and editing content across multiple sports platforms.
