Morgan's background also includes positions at the Northeast Conference as a Communications Assistant, Sky Blue FC in communications and public relations, and various writing roles at Sports Illustrated, The Sandpaper, and Mount Holyoke College. Morgan holds a Master's degree in Sports Management from Georgetown University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Journalism from Mount Holyoke College, complemented by international studies at Trinity College Dublin.
