Head, Business Development at Big Fish Games

Gary Rosenfeld is the Head of Business Development at Big Fish Games. Additionally, Gary oversees business development within North America for Pixel United, Big Fish’s parent company. Gary brings over 25 years of developing and executing strategies for the development, distribution, and licensing of content and intellectual property across video games, entertainment media, and digital technology. As Head of Business Development, Gary’s role spans strategic and operational aspects of business development, including M&A, game development and licensing partnerships, and distribution. Gary is on a mission to drive Big Fish and Pixel United’s business forward and is dedicated to working with the Big Fish team to build the top casual games company in the world!

Before joining Big Fish, Gary managed his consulting business, BD Labs, where he worked on video game and digital media business development and strategy for large media companies and brands. BD Labs’ clients included Pixel United, Discovery Communications, Universal Music Group, Peanuts Worldwide, MGM, Opry Entertainment, and Louisiana Economic Development/Greater New Orleans. Before starting his own business, Gary served in senior executive capacities at 20th Century Fox, THQ, and The Endeavor Agency (now WME).

Gary enjoys skiing on the slopes with his family and friends, walking his lab pup Dewey, all-things-UCLA sports, and enjoying music (particularly Bruce Springsteen and any band from New Orleans).

Gary is a graduate of Loyola Law School and UCLA and is an active member of the State Bar of California.
