Robert Pham has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries.

Robert started their professional journey as a Graduate Student Assistant at New Mexico State University, where they developed, managed, and supported websites for research programs. Robert also created templates for newsletters, advertisements, and flyers, and designed logos to enhance the programs' branding.

Following that, Robert worked as a Graduate Research Assistant, programming applications and analysis tools using Matlab for the biology and electrical engineering departments at NMSU. These applications facilitated the learning of bioinformatics tools for graduate biologists and explored algorithms for detecting curvilinear structures in electrical engineering.

Robert then joined The Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory as a Software Engineer, specializing in the development of the Minotaur Mission Processor. In this role, Robert worked on airborne surveillance systems, utilizing C++ to interface with imaging/targeting systems and RF receivers. Robert excelled in working with legacy code on Linux/Unix operating systems and version control software.

After that, Robert served as an Adjunct Professor at Scottsdale Community College, teaching courses in math, beginning engineering, and computer engineering. Robert actively contributed to curriculum development to enhance enrollment for these courses.

Moving on, Robert became a Software Developer at SAP, where they delivered data engineering and machine learning features integrated with SAP ERP on the SAP HANA platform. Robert used technologies such as HANA SQL, SAP GUI, and Web Dynpro. Additionally, they implemented a shift towards Agile methods, acting as a scrum master to improve team dynamics, quality, rework, and feature planning. Robert also significantly increased testing coverage, reducing overall maintenance and improving maintainability through the implementation of integration tests and Test-Driven Development (TDD).

Most recently, Robert joined Big Fish Games as a Unity Solutions Engineer, where they apply their expertise in Unity to develop solutions for game development.

Robert Pham obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from New Mexico State University. Robert attended this university from 2006 to 2010. Additionally, Robert obtained a certification as a Professional Scrum Master I from Scrum.org in April 2019.
