Terri Yates has extensive experience in the insurance industry, serving as an Errors & Omissions (E&O) Account Executive at Big I New York, Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers of New York, Inc., and IAAC, Inc. since November 2006, specializing in liability insurance for agents and brokers. Additionally, Terri has held roles as a Customer Service Representative at IIABNY and previously worked as a Trust Services Representative at New York Compensation Managers and in Payroll/Human Resources at Hotel Syracuse. Terri obtained an Associates degree in Accounting from Bryant & Stratton College between 1991 and 1993.
