Prior to joining Big Idea Ventures, she worked within the consumer packaged goods industry for 20+ years. Carol has experience in commercial strategy, operations, and sales with Bayer, Reckitt Benckiser, and Nestle Purina. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from Saint Joseph’s University.
