Stavan Shelat

Stavan Shelat is a Business Partner and Director at Big Ideas HR Consulting Private Limited, where Stavan has been working since September 2023. Stavan is also the Founder of United Strings since June 2016. Prior to their current roles, Stavan served as the Project head at Conviction HR from July 2018 to August 2023, and as a Project Intern at Tata Motors in May 2015. Stavan holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Deakin University, a PGCBA from Institute of Management Technology, and an Entrepreneurship certificate from upGrad.com. Stavan completed their Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Nirma University in 2016. Additionally, Stavan has academic achievements from various schools, including Zydus School for Excellence, LML School, and Eklavya School.
