Ron Dekok

Ron DeKok currently serves as the Chief Commercial Officer at Big Incentive Group, a position held since January 2024. Prior to this role, Ron DeKok held various senior positions at Fluence Bioengineering from December 2019 to December 2023, including Senior Vice President and Vice President of Sales. Ron DeKok has also been associated with Signify, where the individual served as Director of North America for Horticulture LED Solutions from May 2018 to December 2019, and previously with Philips Lighting in the same role until the rebranding in May 2018. Additional experience includes positions as Country Manager at Agri Star, Product Marketing Manager and other marketing roles at Agrium Advanced Technologies, Director of Business Development at Origro Inc., and Sales & Marketing Manager at Aldershot Greenhouses LTD and Connon Nurseries.
