Chief Customer Officer at BIG Language Solutions

Michael Bearden has diversified work experience in the language solutions industry. Michael currently holds the position of Chief Customer Officer at BIG Language Solutions, where they focus on building customized language solutions for strategic clients and establishing relationships with blue-chip organizations. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Strategic Accounts Officer at the same company and as the Executive Vice President of Customer Success.

Before joining BIG Language Solutions, Michael worked at ISI Language Solutions as the President from 2012 to the present and as President from 2005 to 2021. During their time at ISI, they also served as the VP of Client Relations, where they provided full-service language and localization solutions to a wide range of industries and organizations.

Michael Bearden attended the University of Chicago Booth School of Business Executive Education in 2018 for a High-Performance Leadership program. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Arts in English Literature from the University of South Dakota from 1997 to 1999. Michael completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism at Arizona State University from 1993 to 1996.
