Gary Echelmeyer is an experienced lighting designer and production manager with a diverse background in various theatrical and event settings. Starting in May 2004 with Lighting By GCE, Gary has held multiple roles including lighting designer, assistant lighting designer, and event planner. In March 2016, Gary joined Ballets With A Twist as production manager and lighting director, while simultaneously taking on roles at McCoy Rigby Entertainment and Big League Productions, Inc. as associate lighting designer for notable musicals. Recent projects include consulting for the Oconee Performing Arts Society, managing events for Bright AV, and designing lighting for performances at major conferences. Gary holds a B.S. in Theater Design and Production from Illinois State University, earned in 2004.

BIG LEAGUE PRODUCTIONS/DANIEL SHER is celebrating its 30th season of producing and general managing Broadway tours of shows and attractions throughout the world. Most recently, Big League remounted its acclaimed tour of An American in Paris, a new production of South Pacific, Legally Blonde, and continued touring its flagship production of A Christmas Story The Musical. Current and future work includes The Cher Show (first national tour), Little Women, A Christmas Story at the Ahmanson Theater, and The Addams Family.
