Keri Kraatz

Keri Kraatz has a strong background in human resources, with experience in various roles and industries. Keri is currently working at Big Leap as the Head of Human Resources. Prior to this, they worked at Insight Human Resources as a People Executive Consultant, providing HR consulting services to clients in industries such as commercial design, software, oil and gas technology, solar technology, and finance. Keri also worked at BluNovus as a Human Resources Advisor for a short period.

From 2014 to 2018, Keri served as the VP of Human Resources at Academy Mortgage Corporation, where they led the HR teams through a period of rapid growth. Keri implemented new strategies, such as replacing annual performance reviews with regular coaching conversations, resulting in time savings for managers and increased satisfaction.

In addition to their university education, Keri Kraatz obtained several certifications. In January 2013, they obtained the PHR certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. Furthermore, in June 2015, they obtained the SHRM - CP certification from SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management).
