Lloyd Aur Norman has a diverse work experience that spans over a decade. Lloyd began their career in 2008 as a Customer Service Representative and Web Technician at Catalog Music Company, and later worked as a Graphic Designer at Octopus LLC from 2010 to 2011. In 2012, they served as a Web Designer at Studio 202.

Norman's entrepreneurial spirit led him to found Villain Place in 2010, where they functioned as the Founder, Owner, Music Recording Producer, and Video Director until 2016. Additionally, they worked as a self-employed Web and Graphic Designer from 2011 to 2014.

From 2013 to 2014, Norman gained experience as an Interactive Designer at VideoLens and as a Creative Intern at Big Machine Label Group. Lloyd continued to expand their skill set as a Course Instructor at SAE Institute North America, teaching courses on interactive technology and video design as they relate to the music business from 2014 to 2017.

Norman's creative talent also found expression in their role as a Course Instructor at O'More College of Design, where they taught from 2011 to 2018. Lloyd contributed their expertise to Big Loud, a leading entertainment company, where they held various positions including Director of Creative & Digital from 2014 to 2018, Vice President of Creative & Digital from 2018 to 2019, and Vice President of Special Projects & Strategic Management from 2019 to 2020. Currently, they serve as the SVP of Big Loud Rock and an Artist Manager at Big Loud.

Lloyd Aur Norman attended Christian Brothers High School from 1998 to 2002. Lloyd then pursued a Bachelor of Science in Music Business at Loyola University New Orleans from 2002 to 2004. In 2004, they continued their education at The University of Memphis, where they obtained a Bachelor of Music in Music Business from 2004 to 2007. Lloyd later earned a Certificate in Digital Publishing from Savannah College of Art and Design from 2008 to 2009. In 2010, they enrolled at O'More College of Architecture and Design and completed their Bachelor of Fine Arts in Visual Communications in 2013. Most recently, they attended the University of Southern California from 2018 to 2021, obtaining a Master of Science in Integrated Design, Business, and Technology.
