Tyler Whitworth

Tyler Whitworth serves as the Senior Director of IT at Big M Transportation since November 2024, leading the strategic direction of IT initiatives. Prior to this, Tyler was a Senior Manager of Business Intelligence at U.S. Xpress, Inc. from September 2022 to November 2024, where responsibilities included advocating for the adoption of business intelligence platforms and driving strategic data initiatives. Tyler's experience at U.S. Xpress Logistics from January 2019 to September 2022 included roles as Business Intelligence Manager and Capacity Optimization Manager, focusing on data management and optimizing the global carrier network. Earlier career experiences include participation in the Xpress Elite Leadership Development Program and officiating wrestling matches for the Tennessee Secondary School Athletic Association. Tyler's educational background includes a Master of Science in Data Analytics and a Master of Business Administration from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and Belhaven University, respectively, along with a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science.
