Andrew Thoen has a diverse work experience ranging from the music industry to technology. Andrew began their career as a Barista at Starbucks from 2008 to 2010. Andrew then worked at the Big Machine Label Group as a Marketing Intern and later as an Operations/Administrative Intern from 2012 to 2013. In 2010, Andrew joined Apple as a Specialist, where they provided complete solutions to customers and facilitated consumer workshops on various Apple devices and software. Andrew also worked as a Family Room Specialist, responsible for troubleshooting and repairing Apple mobile devices and managing customer technical support appointment queues. Andrew returned to the Big Machine Label Group as a Traffic Coordinator for a brief period in 2014 before becoming the Executive Assistant to Jimmy Harnen, the President of Republic Nashville and EVP of BMLG. Andrew most recently served as the Director of Northeast Business Development at BMLG Records.
Andrew Thoen attended Northern Virginia Community College from 2010 to 2011, but they did not complete a degree or have a specified field of study during that time. From 2011 to 2014, they studied at Belmont University, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Audio Engineering Technology.
