After starting out in local radio journalism, Stewart spent 15 years managing PR with three major public bodies. Since moving into agency he’s specialised in corporate, B2B and reputation work.
Stewart’s career has taken him from Shetland to Sao Paulo and touched on a huge variety of topics, such as radioactive rabbits, e-coli outbreaks and derailed transport projects.
Away from issues management and stakeholder affairs, Stewart’s professional interests lie mainly in research, strategy and evaluation, especially the use of data to inform marketing and communications approaches.
