Ashleigh is currently the People & Culture Lead at Big Red Group, where they play a key role in connecting experience operators with quality customers and providing trusted intelligence to the tourism industry. Previously, they worked as an HR Manager at Order-In Pty Ltd, focusing on revolutionizing food in the office through their marketplace for corporate catering. Before that, Ashleigh held various HR positions at Groupon, including Senior HR Business Partner, HR Business Partner, and Human Resources Advisor. Ashleigh began their career as a Human Resources Officer at HBO+EMTB.
