Jemma Fastnedge has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Jemma began their career as an Account Manager at Markettiers4dc in 2001 and worked there until 2003. Jemma then joined RedBalloon in 2003, starting as a Product Manager and later transitioning to roles such as Marketing Manager, General Manager, CEO, and Strategic Business Director until 2014. Jemma then joined Redii in 2014 as the Chief Growth Officer and worked there until 2018. Currently, Jemma holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at BIG RED GROUP since June 2018, and in August 2022, they became the Chief Sustainability Officer. Overall, Jemma has demonstrated their expertise and versatility in various leadership and management positions throughout their career.
Jemma Fastnedge obtained a Graduate degree from the Australian Institute of Company Directors by 2023. In 2022, they completed a Business Sustainability Management program at the University of Cambridge. Before that, from 1998 to 2001, they studied Retail Marketing and earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from The Manchester Metropolitan University. Jemma also obtained additional certifications in Business Sustainability Management from the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership (CISL) and in Sustainable Tourism from the Global Sustainable Tourism Council (GSTC) in 2022.
