Tamika Hicks

Tamika Hicks is a seasoned retail and operations manager with diverse experience across the food service and childcare industries. Currently serving as the Retail Store Manager and Liquor Establishment Manager at Big Red Liquors since April 2022, Tamika is also pursuing a home-based business focused on operating a food truck that specializes in soul foods and desserts. Prior to this, Tamika held the position of Operations Manager at Quay's Southern Cuisine Restaurant, overseeing daily operations and staff management. As the founder of Rising Stars Childcare, Tamika demonstrated a commitment to early childhood development, while earlier experience included supporting special education initiatives at East Allen County Schools. Tamika's educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice Human Services from Colorado Technical University and an Associate's Degree in Culinary Arts from Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts.
