Samar Anderson

Samar Anderson is an accomplished professional in the sports and wellness industry, currently serving as President of the National Track & Field Association since September 2017, where a focus on showcasing the sport's elite athletes and their stories is paramount. In addition, Samar holds the position of Retail Store Manager at Therabody, beginning in July 2023, and previously managed a gym at EOS Fitness from July 2022 to July 2023, emphasizing culture and team development. As Chief Marketing Officer at Growing Talent LLC - Good Tree from November 2020 to November 2022, leadership was directed towards brand building and team performance. Early experience includes working as a Personal Trainer at Equinox and a DTC Running Specialist at Nike. Samar earned a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management from Liberty University and was a student athlete at West Los Angeles College.
