Robert Nielsen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Robert started their career as a Department Specialist at Staples in 2006 before moving on to work as a Customer Service Representative at Fifth Third Bank in 2007. From 2008 to 2013, they served as a Server at Biaggi's Ristorante Italiano. In 2013, they joined Big Red Rooster Flow where they held various roles, including Customer Service Representative, Director of Project Management Retail Programs, Director of Reporting and Analytics, Brand Director, and currently serves as the VP of System Strategy & Customer Insights.
Robert Nielsen completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Northern Illinois University from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they attended Harper College from 2008 to 2010, where they earned an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Psychology.
