Brittaney Johnson

Brittaney Johnson, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Community Relations & Economic Development at Big Rivers Electric Corporation since October 2022. Prior to this role, Brittaney was the President/CEO of Greater Owensboro Economic Development Corp from December 2018 to October 2022 and the Executive Director of Posey County Economic Development Partnership from February 2017 to December 2018, where responsibilities included attracting new residents, collaborating with local officials, and maintaining relationships with existing businesses. Brittaney also held the position of Posey County Director at Southwest Indiana Chamber from January 2012 to February 2017, managing events and marketing efforts. Early experiences include a Management Trainee role at Penske Truck Leasing and a Local Sales Manager internship at University Directories. Brittaney holds an MBA in Project Management from the University of Southern Indiana and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the same institution.
