Sheila Fenn has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Sheila started their career as a Sales Promotion Specialist at The Prudential Insurance Company from 1981 to 1984, where they developed marketing and promotional materials. Sheila then worked at St. Athanasius School as a Teacher Aide from 2003 to 2013. Later, they joined Pass With Flying Colors, where they served as a College Ready Manager from 2013 to 2019. In this role, they developed and implemented comprehensive programming for a college access/success nonprofit. Currently, Sheila is working as an Assistant Director of Scholar Access and Success at Big Shoulders Fund since October 2019.
