Faye Tsakas

Faye Tsakas is an experienced professional in the documentary film industry, currently serving as Features Programmer at Big Sky Documentary Film Festival since July 2022. Previous roles include VP of Development & Production at Passage Pictures, LLC, and Director of Acquisitions & Production at FilmRise, where Faye also held the position of Manager in the same department. Additional experience includes working as a Programming Associate at Without Borders Film Festival and as a Design Consultant at Delos™. Faye's early career includes positions at NBCUniversal as East Coast Page and as Creative Assistant at Gin Lane Media. Faye holds a Master of Fine Arts in Documentary Film and Video from Stanford University and a Bachelor's degree in American Studies/Visual Media Studies from Cornell University, with additional studies at the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne.
