Sarah Nasby has extensive experience in community engagement and fundraising, currently serving as the Manager of Fundraising & Community Engagement at the Big Sky Documentary Film Festival since August 2012. Previous roles include Community Manager at C3 WorkLounge and Member Coordinator at both Shift Workspaces and Workspace Strategies. Additional experience includes a Sponsorship and Marketing Coordinator position at Crush Studio and roles in education and support as a PCA at Summit Independent Living and a Certified Autism Trainer at CHILD DEVELOPMENT CENTER, INC. Sarah began their career in retail as a Wine and Spirits Sales Associate at Lunds & Byerlys and has a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature and History from the University of Montana, completed in 2012.

Big Sky Documentary Film Festival
The Big Sky Documentary Film Festival has become the largest cinema event in Montana and the premier venue for non-fiction film in the American West. In 2012, the festival drew an audience of 20,000 and received nearly 1000 film entries from every corner of the globe. The BSDFF offers a unique setting for filmmakers to premiere new work and for audiences to see innovative films, as well as classics in the genre.
