Andrew Garza, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Finance and Strategy at Entrusted Pediatric Home Care, where responsibilities include spearheading payer relations strategies and managing contract negotiations to facilitate business growth. As the Chief Executive Officer of Big Sky Pediatric Therapy, Andrew has been instrumental in launching new service lines, acquiring and integrating clinics, and revamping patient intake processes to enhance efficiency and profitability. Previously, as Vice President of Operations and FP&A at Pediatric Healthcare Connection, Andrew contributed to the company’s strategic growth, while earlier roles at Aveanna Healthcare focused on managing large teams and driving revenue growth. Andrew's educational background includes an Executive MBA from The University of Texas at Austin and a BBA in General Business from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi.
