Stan Chan

Stan Chan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in governance and finance across various sectors. Currently serving as a Non-Executive Director at Better Society Capital and a Trustee Director for Oasis Community Learning, Stan is actively involved in audit, risk, and compliance committees. Additionally, Stan contributes to the Church of England's Ethical Investment Advisory Group and holds a trustee director position at CBF FUNDS TRUSTEE LIMITED, overseeing significant funds for the church. With a commitment to social impact, Stan also serves as a trustee director for Raleigh International, focusing on sustainable development and previously chaired the audit and risk committee for The Power to Change. A former treasurer and chair of the finance committee for St Martin-in-the-Fields, Stan has also worked as a freelance finance consultant and director at Straits Consulting. Stan holds a Master's degree in Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Cambridge.
