Dominic Caisley has over 25 years of experience in the music industry. Dominic began their career in 1995 as the Head of Commercial Markets at Telstar Records Limited. In 2003, they became the Managing Director of Stream Music, as well as the Head of Music at TBWA London. In 2010, they moved to Platinum Rye Entertainment as the Director of Strategy & New Business - Europe. In 2012, they founded and became the CEO of Big Sync Music.

Dominic Caisley attended Slough Grammar from 1983 to 1988, Langley Grammar from 1988 to 1990, and the University of Northampton from 1990 to 1993, where they earned a BA in International Marketing.
