Russell Giglio

Russell Giglio currently serves as the Sr. Director of Player Administration and Officiating Operations for XFL since December 2021 and is involved in Replay Operations for the Big Ten Conference since July 2021. Additionally, Russell has been a High School Football Official for PIAA since August 2013. Previous experience includes positions as a Director at XFL and Alliance of American Football, as well as working in Replay Operations for the Pac-12 Conference. Russell also held a managerial role in Sports Performance Data and Analytics at Arizona State University and spent over a decade at the NFL in Player Personnel and Football Administration. Russell holds a B.A. in Economics from Lafayette College, completed in 2003.
