William F. Carollo

William F. (Bill) Carollo has extensive experience in sports officiating and management, currently serving as Officiating Coordinator for the Big Ten Conference and Coordinator of Officials for the Collegiate Officiating Consortium since 2009. Additionally, William holds the position of Treasurer for the National Association of Sports Officials. Prior to this, William was Vice President/GM of Global Sales at ManpowerGroup from 2004 to 2009 and worked at IBM as a Client Executive from 1974 to 2004. William holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Industrial Relations from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee, completed in 1974.
