Jaime Gomez

Jaime Gomez is a seasoned professional in continuous improvement and lean management, currently serving as Vice President of Continuous Improvement at Big Tex Trailers since January 2018. Prior to this role, Jaime held significant positions at Eaton Corporation, including North America Region Lean Program Director for the Electrical Product Group and Corporate Global Director of Lean and Continuous Improvement from May 2011 to January 2018. Earlier in career, Jaime was the MVP Divisional Champion and Lean Leader at Cooper Wiring Devices and served as the Latin America MVP/Lean Program Manager at Cooper Industries. Jaime's academic background includes a degree from Universidad de Guadalajara, completed between 1982 and 1986.
