Currently serving as the Head of Engineering at Big Ticket Inc. since June 2022, John leads efforts to connect the insurance ecosystem globally through API-first infrastructure. Previously, John co-founded Garrison Home Services, LLC, and served as CTO, emphasizing the importance of minimizing inconvenience in home appliance failures. John has also held significant roles at Ippon Technologies USA as Principal Software Engineer, at Capital One as Lead Software Engineer, and at Kinsale Insurance and James River Insurance Company in engineering positions. John's educational foundation includes a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Virginia Tech and an MBA from Virginia Commonwealth University.
