Prior to this, Ken held positions such as President and CEO at Caledonia Risk Solutions, EVP and Global Chief Client Officer at Crawford & Company, and Executive Vice President at Wells Fargo. Ken's career at Marsh & McLennan spanned nearly three decades, culminating in the role of Managing Director.
