Brittni MacEwan has worked in the hospitality industry since 2011. Brittni began their career as a Staffing Coordinator & Administrative Assistant at Hugh's Culinary. In 2018, they moved to Mirbeau Inn & Spa as an Event Supervisor. In 2019, they joined Doc B's Fresh Kitchen and held various roles such as Service Manager, Bar Manager, Manager, and Server. In 2022, they were appointed as the Executive Assistant to the Director of Operations at Big Time Restaurant Group.
Brittni MacEwan attended Cardinal Gibbons High School from 2005 to 2009. Brittni then attended Palm Beach State College from 2009 to 2011. Finally, they attended Ashworth College from 2013 to 2014, where they earned a Certificate in Veterinary/Animal Health Technology/Technician and Veterinary Assistant.
