Xing Wu has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2010 at Tencent where they served as a Software Engineer. During this time, they designed and developed an application recommendation system for Qzone which increased the click-through rate by 170%. In 2014, Xing Wu took on a Research Intern role at Ericsson, where they designed the architecture of a big data analytics platform as a future substitute for the internal analytics tool based on a traditional relational database. Xing Wu obtained their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Wuhan University in 2008, followed by a Master's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Wuhan University in 2010. In 2013, they completed a Master's Degree in Software Architecture in Cloud Computing from Concordia University.
