Sarah Fabtri

Sarah Fabtri has a diverse work experience in the field of research and development in the food industry. Sarah began their career as an R&D intern at Continental Foods in 2013. In 2014, they joined Aviko as an Innovation & Product Development Intern. Later that year, they transitioned to Big Tree Farms Inc., where they held various roles in the R&D department. Sarah started as an R&D Technologist in November 2014 and subsequently worked as an R&D Project Lead from January 2018 to October 2020. Currently, they are serving as the R&D Manager at Big Tree Farms Inc.

Sarah Fabtri completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science and Technology at Monash University Malaysia from 2010 to 2012. Sarah then pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Food Technology at Van Hall Larenstein University of Applied Sciences from 2012 to 2014, specializing in Food Innovation Management. Additionally, in 2013 and 2014, they undertook a Minor Program in Innovation & Entrepreneurship at Wageningen University & Research.
