Elizabeth Farnsworth (Buffy)

Elizabeth "Buffy" Farnsworth, PHR has a wealth of experience in human resources and management. Elizabeth "Buffy" is currently serving as the Senior Director of Human Capital at Big V Property Group since November 2020. Prior to this, they worked at The Brixton Group, Inc. as the Director of Human Resources, where they led the HR and Operations team for a multi-project IT Staffing Solutions firm. Elizabeth "Buffy" also managed all HR functions at Cisa Lubes USA, Inc, a start-up company with multiple locations. At Campus Crest Communities, they implemented HR systems and controls as the Human Resource Manager. Buffy began their career at Marriott Hotel, where they served as a Human Resource Generalist, overseeing various HR activities and implementing programs for worker's compensation reduction and new hire training. Prior to this, they held several roles at Marriott International, including Sales Manager/Senior Sales Manager and Payroll Admin/General Cashier. Buffy's experience demonstrates their expertise in HR management, recruiting, talent management, and process improvement.

Elizabeth "Buffy" Farnsworth, PHR has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from the College of Charleston. Elizabeth "Buffy" also holds a Master's of Business degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from the University of South Carolina. In addition, they have obtained a Professional to Human Resources certification from HRCI in January 2014.
