Elizabeth Swithenbank Mba

Elizabeth Swithenbank, MBA, PMP, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in academia and the real estate industry. Currently serving as a Professor of Business Technology at Folsom Lake College since August 2007, Elizabeth also owns FairTrade Properties and FairTrade Equities, which specialize in real estate transactions and management in Northern California. Additionally, Elizabeth has worked as a Loan Originator at Big Valley Mortgage since 2011 and previously held the same role at Comstock Mortgage from 2009 to 2011. Earlier career experiences include various positions at Hewlett-Packard, including Program Manager and Business Systems Analyst, as well as a brief tenure as a Technical Assistant IV at UC Davis Medical Center.
