Dr. Marnie Gibson possesses extensive experience in human resources and organizational development across various sectors. Currently serving as the People Lead for W Living at BIG W and a Lecturer/Tutor at the University of Southern Queensland, Dr. Gibson previously held significant positions including Global People Director at T2 Tea, People & Culture Director at Treasury Wine Estates, and National OD Lead at PwC Australia, among others.
