Joon Kim

Joon Kim is a Senior Data Visualisation Specialist at BIG W since November 2022, responsible for designing and managing advanced Tableau dashboards that enhance business insights initiatives through a streamlined reporting process. Prior to this role, Joon served as an Analyst for Reporting and Insights at IAG, where the focus was on developing visual Tableau dashboards to assist with operational risk and compliance. Joon's earlier experience includes roles as a Senior Insights Analyst and Network Planner at nbn™ Australia, and as a Senior Network Engineer at Optus. Joon holds a Master of Engineering in Telecommunications and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering, both from the University of Sydney.
