Angela Odell has extensive experience in customer service and management within the hospitality and retail sectors. Currently serving as Customer Service Manager at Big Y World Class Market since November 2017, Angela has also held roles as Assistant Customer Service Manager and Head Cashier at the same company. Prior experience includes serving as Front Office Supervisor at Marriott Hotels and Front Desk Associate at Sheraton Hotels & Resorts. Angela started their career at Big Y World Class Market, where notable accomplishments included receiving employee of the month in June 2014.
