Helena Joshi is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in digital marketing and communication. Currently serving as the Loyalty and Retention Coordinator at BIG4 Holiday Parks of Australia since February 2023, Helena previously held the position of Marketing Coordinator at The Coaching Institute where responsibilities included social media marketing, email automation, and digital strategy execution.
