Rotem Shalev Cohen

Rotem Shalev Cohen has 11 years of experience in human resources, starting in 2010 as a Diagnosis Specialist at Adam Milo. From 2012 to 2013, they worked as an HR Recruiter at HOT, where they conducted assessments and managed recruitment processes. In 2013, they became a Human Resources Business Partner at Nestlé, leading the recruiting process and implementing recruitment strategies. From 2016 to 2019, Rotem worked as an HR Manager at indeni, building and implementing HR processes and policies. Currently, since 2020, Rotem is the Director of HR at Bigabid, a technology company focused on app success.

Rotem Shalev Cohen attended The College of Management Academic Studies from 2013 to 2015, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in HR & Organizational Consulting. Prior to that, from 2009 to 2012, Rotem Shalev Cohen completed a Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Sciences and Business Management at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
