Zach Taggett

Zach Taggett possesses extensive experience in IT operations and management, currently serving as the Director of IT Operations and Helpdesk at BigBear.ai since November 2022. Previously, Zach held various roles including Manager of IT Operations and Information Technology Service Delivery Manager at the same company. Prior to BigBear.ai, Zach worked at Abtech Technologies as a Tier 2 Engineer and spent over four years as an Information Technology System Analyst at Peerless Tech Solutions, Inc. Additional experience includes a brief tenure as an IT Systems Analyst and a Program Manager at iTalk Cloud Solutions. Zach is an alumnus of Westlake High School, graduating in 2007.
