Director Of Customer Support And Account Management at Bigbelly

Matt Law has extensive work experience in customer support and account management. Matt worked at Bigbelly from 2016 to the present, starting as a Customer Support Manager before being promoted to Director of Customer Support and Account Management. Prior to that, they had a long tenure at Cybex International, Inc. where they held various roles including Quality Service Manager and Customer Service Trainer/ Technical Support Email Account Manager.

Matt Law began their education at the University of The Nations (YWAM Denver) in 1995, where they completed a Discipleship Training program in Cross Cultural Missions. Matt then continued their education at the same institution and completed a Phase II Leadership Training program in Leadership Development from 1996 to 1997.

In addition to their formal education, Matt Law has obtained several certifications over the years. In 1999, they became a Body Masters Authorized Service Provider. Later, in 2001, they obtained the Cybex Authorized Service Provider certification.

More recently, Matt Law obtained several certifications related to customer service and supervision. In 2015, they completed the Essential Questioning and Listening Skills for Customer Service course from Lorman Education Services, as well as the From Staff to Supervisor: Strategies for a Smooth Transition course from the HR Certification Institute / Lorman Education Services. Matt also completed the Inbound Email Strategy: Increase Quality and Consistency in Your Contact Center course from Lorman Education Services in the same year.

Matt'smost recent certification is the Representative Operation & Service Certification, which they obtained from Specto Scientific in May 2018.
